machine magazine. Under new ownership after being mast-headed
by Ruth Johnson in Sarnia for years, this issue was being called
"The all New Carriage Trade". It only hung in a few short
years, but this issue contains a wonderful tribute to Ruth
Johnson and Sandy Lightfoot, which will interest machine
knitting history fans. Full colour cover, 75 pages of machine

1994, appeared after "Carriage Trade" was retired by Ruth
Johnson, and Knitwords was begun by Mary Ann Oger. Folksy,
includes patterns contributed by readers and guest designers.
