You should Try-a HiyaHiya - Stainless Steel Knitting Needles

HiyaHiya makes high quality knitting and crochet supplies.

Their stainless steel needles are light to handle, and warm quickly to the touch. The needles are slick, but not too slick, for superb handling.

The interchangeables feature keyless screw-on connections, with smooth flexible cables and near perfect joins.

Thanks?!?! Now you have spoiled me, and I won't go back! (To using plastic needles)

HiyaHiya makes small circulars (9" and 11"), that are amazing for sock knitting. Their DPNs come in 4", 6", and 8" lengths.

Once our customers try them, they usually come back for more. Check out our current selection of Stainless Steel Knitting Needles here.

New Yarn!

And with those fancy new needles, you'll need a ball of fancy new yarn. The Opal Fairy was just here, with left us with a _FANTASTIC_ selection of new wools. Don't wait for Anniversary Sale on this collection. This wool won't last.

Snow Day Sew Day!

New pattern, new quilt. Got iced in in Wooler today. Made a quilt.

I heard stories about how easy the yellow brick road pattern was. But didn't believe it for myself until our latest ice storm here in Wooler.

Only needed 6 phat quarters worth of fabric, but I went scraptastic and pieced myself this laptop in an afternoon.

Still needs borders, but...

  • Strip pieced
  • Rotary cut
  • Offset seams so minimal seam nesting / matching
  • Beginner friendly
  • Laura giggled while making this one
  • "Super fun" and "busted a bunch of my scraps"
  • Pattern available at Pine Ridge
  • Kits available soon

Quarter inch seam on my Husqvarna Viking Designer EPIC makes it even easier.

Christmas party, and everyone is wearing Pamela's patterns

Hi Pamela,

We had our Christmas party today and two of our customers broke out their best, and wore garments made with your patterns! So I pulled out the camera to share the love. Suzanne's skirt is silk and drapes beautifully in the bias skirt while Kim's tshirt is good old ity with a mesh. So urban!

Back to the food, they do that well too!
Thanks for everything,
